Ascend ACT Survey

As part of Ascend ACT, a multifaceted approach to raise awareness and focus on constructive actions around racial equity, we strive to help Pan Asians find and use their voice to create sustainable positive change. The aim of this survey is to gather data and derive insights that facilitate this goal. Recognizing the specific Pan-Asian cultural norms and immigrant mindset shape many of the beliefs and behaviors, this survey and our ACT dialogues will support and empower the community to be more race conversant and fluent, explore ally relationships, assert their voice to combat systemic bias and become a visible force for building a more diverse and inclusive workplace and society.
