As we commemorate Veterans Day, Ascend is proud to host this special program to: 

• Recognize and celebrate the contributions and journeys of resilient AAPI veterans 

• Explore the influence of cultural heritage and the desire to serve the country 

• Glean leadership lessons from their unique and shared lived experiences 

• Discuss the importance of and how to enable civic engagement 

• Explore tangible ways we can support veterans’ reentry into ‘civilian’ life including supporting their unique mental health needs 

Will be anchored by a panel discussion and will feature stories as well.
