Mentoring Meetings:

• Personalized sessions between mentors and mentees at least every two weeks

Horizontal or Vertical Mentoring:

• Mentorship between peers or with professionals more senior

Key Events

• Orientation: A kickoff meeting to introduce pairings and to establish your goals for the program, including our first Professional Development & Leadership Program (PDLP) Session 

• Closing Ceremony: A final gathering to celebrate your newfound growth and connections

This program will create a supportive environment where experienced professionals can share their wisdom, insights, and hard-earned lessons with those who are newer to the workforce or seeking to advance their careers. It’s about building bridges of understanding, fostering genuine connections, and empowering the next generation of leaders.

• Ascend LA Metro Members: $5

• Non-Members: $75

Fees will be waived for participants who serve as mentors, regardless of membership status.
