AEN Executive Forum: Pathways to the C-Suite
The route to the C-Suite is rarely a straight line. Behind every CXO title is a career shaped by pivotal decisions, unexpected detours, sponsors who opened doors, and moments that tested resolve. In this candid conversation, 3 senior executives from leading Fortune 500 companies share the real stories behind their ascent - the strategic bets that paid off, the setbacks that redirected their path, and the judgment calls that defined them as leaders. This is not a highlight reel.
This panel takes an honest look at what it actually takes to reach and lead from the C-suite: how to build influence without authority, how to turn visibility into sponsorship, and how to stay authentic while navigating rooms not always built with you in mind. For an audience of senior leaders charting their own next chapter, this conversation offers a rare, unfiltered view from executives who've made the climb — and what they'd do differently if they were starting today.
