Meet the Boeing company:
Maile Zahand: Maile is currently part of Boeing Commercial Sales and Marketing Sales Operations team as a Compliance and Sales Analytics analyst. She previously was part of the Boeing Corporate Audit team, an International Accounting Integrator for the APAC region and International Finance Business Unit Integrator supporting the BGS-C services and BCA Supplier Management organizations. Maile is passionate about people development and currently serves as the Ascend Seattle Boeing focal, mentor, and is involved with Boeing recruiting thru our external technical affiliations. She has served as the Ascend Chief of Staff, a Company Advisor for Washington Business Week, BFPD Early Career Framework team, Job Shadow development team, and a cohort leader for the Business Skills Rotation Program.
Neetu Jain: Neetu is currently part of the Boeing Human Resources Team as a Program Manager for Early Career Programs. She previously worked in Finance as the International Accounting Integrator and International Finance Business Unit Integrator supporting the Digital & Analysis organization.. Neetu loves meeting and talking with new people and is passionate about people development. She previously served as the Boeing ASCEND National Convention Lead. Neetu has been with the Boeing Company for 23 years and has had the opportunity to hold various roles within Finance at the company and now is following her passion in Human Resources. Neetu was born and raised in Seattle and has a BA in Business from the University of Washington. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, baking, running and traveling.
