Ascend Las Vegas is excited to announce our Inspiring Across Generations (IAG) Conference for 2026! Over the past year, we’ve partnered with local community leaders to create an experience designed to connect, inspire, and equip you to lead. Our theme for this year’s conference is “The Art of Leadership: Purpose, Presence, Performance” and will feature insightful and thought-provoking sessions (including a keynote, panel, and workshop). Each session will highlight leaders that have made a lasting impact within their respective companies, businesses, and local communities – from local business owners, community advocates, and university instructors to CEOs and Partners/Principals.


The conference will also include professional headshots and networking opportunities. Further, breakfast, lunch, and refreshments will be served. Come join us for an exciting afternoon filled with intentionality and meaningful conversations!
