Bonnie Youn is Managing Director of The RMN Agency, an award-winning Legal Recruiting firm. She counsels attorneys and legal professionals, assisting law firms and corporate clients to identify talent that best aligns with their needs and culture. A former immigration attorney who made the career leap from lawyer to recruiter over a decade ago, she is also a longtime AAPI advocate. Bonnie has held leadership roles with the Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association and has led significant community, charitable, and anti-hate initiatives throughout Georgia. She earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law and her B.A. from Brown University, and has called Atlanta home since 1994.
