Join Ascend OC and Ascend LA for Impact Challenge: Future Forward, a student pitch competition centered on the power of BRG (Business Resource Groups) to create connection, opportunity, and meaningful impact in the workplace.

Student teams will develop and pitch innovative ideas for how BRGs and resource groups can evolve to better support employees, strengthen communities, foster belonging, and drive positive business impact. From mentorship and professional development to community engagement and cross-cultural celebration, participants will have the opportunity to turn their ideas into actionable solutions.

This dynamic session will bring together students, professionals, and business leaders for an inspiring showcase of ideas, innovation, and future leadership—while creating opportunities to network, learn, and connect across the Ascend OC and Ascend LA communities.
