New Report: API Mental Health at Work

November 2024

Ascend has released the final in a 3-part series of reports focused on the state of API mental health and well-being in the workplace and beyond. The series of reports addresses unique cultural stressors like the rise of anti-Asian hate in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as universal themes like work-life balance, gender inequities, and how companies can support the well-being of employees.

In partnership with Professor Jackson Lu of MIT Sloan School of Management, the ATLAS collects data from companies and employees so that we can identify and share innovative best practices to help employers build more equitable, inclusive workplaces.
