New Study: Ascend ATLAS
The Ascend Asian Talent and Leadership Advancement Study (ATLAS) is a comprehensive study taking a holistic look at API workforce issues.
In partnership with Professor Jackson Lu of MIT Sloan School of Management, the ATLAS collects data from companies and employees so that we can identify and share innovative best practices to help employers build more equitable, inclusive workplaces.

New Report: API Mental Health at Work
May 2024
Ascend has released the second in a 3-part series of reports focused on the state of API mental health and well-being in the workplace and beyond. The series of reports addresses unique cultural stressors like the rise of anti-Asian hate in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as universal themes like work-life balance, gender inequities, and how companies can support the well-being of employees.
Inclusion@Work: Asian Americans
The Inclusion@Work Annual Report Series set out to help executive leadership find answers about DEI. The seven reports cover various racial groups, gender, generations, and regions and present groundbreaking analysis which shows the value workers of different backgrounds associate with DEI. This report focuses on Asian American workers. The findings can be used to provide benchmarks for business leaders as they develop future plans and budgets.

The Inclusion@Work survey was utilized to produce seven annual reports. They cover a wide range of topics, including racial groups, gender, generations, and regions, presenting groundbreaking analysis of the tangible value workers of different backgrounds associate with DEI. These findings can serve as benchmarks for business leaders as they develop plans and allocate budgets for the future. This particular annual report focuses on gender at work.
